I care about the craft, the people using the product, and the business behind it. Great design should make sense — and maybe even make you smile.

🎉Some examples of my recent work

Exploring complex systems, simplifying flows, and crafting intuitive interfaces that help people (and businesses) thrive.

Appointment Booking

A legacy salon and spa platform needed future-ready flows to win back an enterprise client. I redesigned key appointment and payment experiences to reduce friction and rebuild trust.

Sporttrade

A fast-moving startup reimagining sports betting as a stock trading experience needed internal tools to help market operators manage real-time game data accurately, efficiently, and at scale.

Comcast Business Mobile

Multiple dev teams were struggling with inconsistent tools across cloud platforms. I created a unified internal experience that made complex work faster, clearer, and easier to scale.

Thrive TRM

To grow into the enterprise market, Thrive needed a more cohesive design system. I helped build a scalable UX foundation and redesigned core flows to support faster, smarter recruiting.

Me, outside of design

I love building thoughtful, useful products but the story behind how I work (and why) is just as important. If you’re scouting for talent or just exploring, the about page is the quickest tour of my approach, values, and the stuff that doesn’t always fit in a case study.

How I've been experimenting with AI in my workflow

I’ve been exploring how AI can plug into my design workflow, not to replace what I do, but to open up new ways of thinking and working. Each tool plays a slightly different role: some help me ask better questions, others help me visualize or test ideas faster. This setup is less about automation and more about collaboration — seeing where AI can act as a creative partner in the process.
💭

Prompt

ChatGPT Helps unpack vague thoughts and turn them into clear problem statements or user needs. Claude Great for exploring tone and perspective — I use it to reframe how I explain design challenges.

I use AI to unpack messy thoughts, explore angles I might’ve missed, and get clearer on what problem I'm actually solving.

🔍

Align

ChatGPT Helps identify gaps in reasoning and validate assumptions quickly before deeper research. NotebookLM I feed it past research or notes to synthesize key insights and patterns. Gemini Good at surfacing relationships between datasets or written feedback.

I’ll use these tools to spot patterns in feedback or user behavior — basically a fast way to see what's worth digging into.

Generate

UX Pilot Helps visualize wireframes or flows instantly from a rough brief.

This is where I co-create with AI. I’ll use it to help sketch wireframes, explore styles, and find unexpected visual directions.

🖊️

Iterate

Figma Make Lets me build new variations quickly in Figma to test ideas without slowing down in polish. Maze Great for lightweight usability validation on early prototypes.

I build quick interactive versions and use Maze to test them. It helps me see what’s working without getting stuck in polish.

🧩

Insight & Refinement

Notion AI I use it to document insights, summarize tests, and create system-ready guidelines. NotebookLM Synthesizes everything I’ve explored and helps me connect recurring ideas across projects.

Once something sticks, I document it, turn it into reusable components, or fold it into a system. Keeps everything consistent and easy to grow.

Some kind words

Frankie is one of the most creative, thoughtful people I have had the privilege of working with. She is incredibly deft and thinks outside the box: indispensable skills for a UX design practice.

Frankie is one of the most creative, thoughtful people I have had the privilege of working with. She is incredibly deft and thinks outside the box: indispensable skills for a UX design practice. We worked together as UX designers for a highly technical product. When our team was tasked with balancing usability and complex technical requirements, I saw her rapidly iterate through potential design interventions all while advocating for the experience of our daily users. Frankie is a divergent thinker and exactly who you want on your side when you need creative solutions for sticky problems. In my experience working with many designers, her skill and speed in refining towards designs are unmatched. On top of all that, Frankie is an immense joy to work with (and I’m confident you could ask every single person who has ever been on a team with her). Her passion and humor in approaching daily work life bring energy and lightness to the team — an absolute necessity for good work.

You would be hard-pressed to find another visual designer that has an endless sense of curiosity like Frankie. Within the team and myself, she brought out a spirit of exploration that has changed how we approach our work, and made all of us better creatives in the process. Her attitude towards a challenge was always to face it head on, combine that with her ability to learn anything seemingly overnight makes her an extremely valuable addition to any team. Her sense of humor, and laughter brighten up any room and can lift spirits when the weight of a deadline is looming.

Frankie is one of the most creative and thoughtful product designers I’ve had the pleasure to work with. Her visual design expertise is something I admire as she is one of the few designers to create pixel perfect designs.

Frankie is one of the most creative and thoughtful product designers I’ve had the pleasure to work with. Her visual design expertise is something I admire as she is one of the few designers to create pixel perfect designs. She can take a nebulous idea and turn it into something to delight users. She is extremely collaborative offering insightful feedback and receiving feedback as we work through the design process. Frankie can go from being scrappy and generating dozens of ideas to heads down delivery mode to hit a deadline. I can’t speak highly enough of her and any company would be much better off with her on their team.
