Hello, I’m Frankie! A product designer and nap enthusiast who likes to make things that are useful, honest, and built to last. 😃
I care about the craft, the people using the product, and the business behind it. Great design should make sense — and maybe even make you smile.
🎉Some examples of my recent work
Exploring complex systems, simplifying flows, and crafting intuitive interfaces that help people (and businesses) thrive.
Appointment Booking
A legacy salon and spa platform needed future-ready flows to win back an enterprise client. I redesigned key appointment and payment experiences to reduce friction and rebuild trust.

Sporttrade
A fast-moving startup reimagining sports betting as a stock trading experience needed internal tools to help market operators manage real-time game data accurately, efficiently, and at scale.

Comcast Business Mobile
Multiple dev teams were struggling with inconsistent tools across cloud platforms. I created a unified internal experience that made complex work faster, clearer, and easier to scale.

Thrive TRM
To grow into the enterprise market, Thrive needed a more cohesive design system. I helped build a scalable UX foundation and redesigned core flows to support faster, smarter recruiting.
View case studyMe, outside of design
I love building thoughtful, useful products but the story behind how I work (and why) is just as important. If you’re scouting for talent or just exploring, the about page is the quickest tour of my approach, values, and the stuff that doesn’t always fit in a case study.
Go to my about pageHow I've been experimenting with AI in my workflow
Prompt
I use AI to unpack messy thoughts, explore angles I might’ve missed, and get clearer on what problem I'm actually solving.
Align
I’ll use these tools to spot patterns in feedback or user behavior — basically a fast way to see what's worth digging into.
Generate
This is where I co-create with AI. I’ll use it to help sketch wireframes, explore styles, and find unexpected visual directions.
Iterate
I build quick interactive versions and use Maze to test them. It helps me see what’s working without getting stuck in polish.
Insight & Refinement
Once something sticks, I document it, turn it into reusable components, or fold it into a system. Keeps everything consistent and easy to grow.
